told ya I'm going healthy and I'm pulling my friends to join my 'club'..
made a lunchbox of sandwiches for my friends yesterday..
4 boiled egg, peeled and mashed
1 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tsp of salt
add all the ingredients together and mashed them well. set aside
canned tuna chunk
1/2 cup of carrot (sliced)
1 boiled potato (mashed)
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp salt
1 onion (cut into cubes)
the purpose i add carrot and mashed potato into the tuna mix is to lessen the meatiness
combine everything and mix well.
sandwiches ready to be served
went to food foundry that and got back an adorable box to put the sandwiches..
Oops..7 am d..head to school..haha i woke up at 6 to prepare them~~
i did not prepare much, i hope that they wouldn't mind...but guess what, they love it..*happy*
